you are selling your home on your own (For sale By Owner) and if
you have already found a buyer on your own and just want us to handle
the paperwork, contracts, addendum and required
disclosures,
we will make sure all of the necessary documents are signed and filed to
ensure a smooth closing for you and your buyer. Take
away the fear of selling your home on your own. We will make sure that
all the correct forms,
contracts
and
disclosures are
used and will assist you with getting the documents to the title
company. If any problems arise we will be there to assist and consult at
no additional charge.
Please note that your home will
not be
listed for sale by our agency and will not be listed on the MLS.
This plan applies only after
you have found your own ready, willing and able buyer.
