In 2007, Broker/Owner Dave Turnquist created San Jac Real Estate to provide clients with cutting edge technology, ease of service and customer care that is 2nd to none. We offer electronic forms/contracts, electronic lock boxes, Virtual Tours® online, multiple MLS® web site visibility locally and worldwide, Talking House® radio transmitters, an appointment desk that’s open 7 days a week for 82 hours per week that includes automatic feedback via email and an online question/answer forum to help our clients and the general public in finding the answers to their real estate questions and problems.

We’ll sit down with you and explain the whole process from beginning to end so you’re not left in the dark. Or, if you prefer, we’ll email you the information so you can look over it at your convenience and call or email us with your questions. The best way for us to do our job is to help educate you about the process so that you are working WITH us to accomplish the goal of selling your home or finding a new one.

Dave Turnquist BROKER	A 1985 graduate of the University of Houston, Dave has been a licensed real estate agent since 1999 and a broker since 2005. Dave teaches real estate classes as an adjunct professor at San Jacinto College. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the La Porte - Bayshore Chamber of Commerce and as President of the La Porte Main Street Association. Dave received the distinguished e-PRO Realtor designation in 2002. Dave prides himself on his ability to educate his clients about the real estate process, thus giving them the confidence and knowledge to give them the upper hand in the transaction. You only pay a transaction fee when you have a closing ($129) or a lease ($79). We do not allow our agents to conduct property management services. Agents are required to use ZipForms for all contracts and must also be able to convert all executed documents to pdf format for emailing and electronic storage.
