What is Homes4Coogs? Homes4Coogs is a program that allows you to give back to the University of Houston each time you buy or sell a home in the Greater Houston area.

What does it cost? There is no fee or cost to you. By using a Homes4Coogs approved Realtor® to buy or sell your next home, the Realtor® agrees to donate 25% of their commission to the University of Houston Cougar Pride program once the transaction closes. The Realtor® does not charge you any additional fees to be a part of this program. The only fees would be the normal real estate fees any Realtor® would charge.

How does it work? Just fill out the Homes4Coogs Application Form and email or fax it back to the Homes4Coogs office. A Homes4Coogs agent will contact you. Once you close on your home, your agent will send the donation to the University of Houston Cougar Pride program and you will receive an email confirmation of receipt.

What areas are served? The following communities are currently eligible for the program: Houston, Bellaire, Pearland, Pasadena, Friendswood, League City, Webster, Clear Lake, Deer Park, La Porte, Baytown, Seabrook and Kemah. If your area is not on the list, please call our office to see if we can add it to our list. If you have an agent that would like to join our network, please let us know and we'll be happy to contact them about joining the Homes4Coogs program for Realtors.

What if I decide to Opt-Out of the Homes4Coogs program? Just send us an email or letter in writing indicating that you are terminating your affiliation with the program. There is no fee or long term contract. You can cancel at any time. This program is offered as a courtesy to the fans and alumni of the University of Houston as a way to give back to the school just by buying or selling a home they were going to buy or sell anyway. It's as simple as that!

Who runs the Homes4Coogs program? The program is run by licensed real estate broker Dave Turnquist of San Jac Real Estate. Dave is a 1985 graduate of the University of Houston and an avid UH Cougar fan. Homes4Coogs is not owned or operated by the University of Houston.
